When we talk about automation, most people just think of an "automatic email after 3 days". In extensive systems (like Bitrix24 or in custom apps), the possibilities are endless.
Below we present 5 very creative automation ideas that we regularly implement for our clients.
1. Re-activation of dormant clients based on life-cycle anniversaries
Instead of sending a generic newsletter, the system checks when the client first placed an order, and on the "anniversary" (e.g., exactly 365 days later), sends them an individual SMS in the early afternoon with a proper VIP offer.
2. Auto-escalation of negative signals from Support
If the system detects emotionally negative words in an email on the first line of support (thanks to advanced analysis or AI), the ticket receives a "Red" priority, immediately escalating the matter to the Service Manager's screen.
3. Dynamic addition to retargeting groups
A sales rep changes the status in CRM to "Rejected - Price too high". In a fraction of a second, this specific email address lands in a custom audience group on Facebook or Google Ads, gently starting to show them ads about your company's installment systems.
4. "Eye on the competition" Alert
In CRM, we have a list of lost tenders or offers. Automation every 3 months generates a report for the team notifying whether a key director on the client's side is definitely still working there (e.g., by checking it via optimized API). C-level changes are the best time to renew the offer!
5. Automatic document audit (Contracts Department)
Every time an agreement signed via PDF hits the company, the built-in intelligent OCR analysis module "reads" the document checking if the initials on pages 3 or 4 are not missing, and before sending it to the database, verifies accounting correctness, relieving HR to a minimum.
